Donald Enders Jr., CIC, CPCU is the Chairman and CEO of Enders. With over 50 years as an insurance professional, he got his start in the family business at the age of 18. During that time, he also served in the PA National Guard from 1969-1975. Donnie has always had a strong work ethic and a big heart for service. As a long-time resident of Central Pennsylvania, he is truly committed to his community. Outside of his focus on Enders, he volunteers his time and serves on many committees and boards within the area, including the Panther Ram Foundation, HACC Foundation, Keystone Human Services and most recently as a Board Member of the Pennsylvania State Employees’ Retirement System and Veterans Outreach of Pennsylvania.
