With more than 25 years of investment management experience, Tim is a founding partner and portfolio manager for Adare Asset Management, where he shares responsibility for equity strategy, including research and security selection. As Chief Investment Officer and an expert on fixed income, Tim leads the firm’s analysis, research, and selection of fixed income securities. Prior to Adare, Tim was a portfolio manager at Dearden, Maguire, Weaver and Barrett, LLC and launched the Lancaster, PA office of Security National Trust. Tim earned a bachelor’s degree in History from Penn State University in State College, PA.

​Tim was born and raised in Lancaster County, PA. He has multiple extended family members who served during WWII and attended school with Veterans of Desert Storm, as well as the conflicts in Iraq and Afghanistan. Tim served as Chairman of the Finance Committee and a member of the Board of Trustees for the YWCA of Lancaster. He was honored to support the mission of the YWCA which was dedicated to eliminating racism, empowering women and promoting peace, justice, freedom and dignity for all. Tim plans to draw on that experience to help promote and support the mission of the Veterans Outreach of Pennsylvania.
